Fundraising Projects & Events
To support the Parma Rotary Club’s many charitable programs, sponsorships, donations, scholarships, and many other community activities and international projects, various Fundraising endeavors, such as the following, are held each Rotary year:
Entertainment Book Sales
This Fall fundraiser, the Entertainment Book, is always a great deal at $25.00 with a portion of the proceeds going directly to our Club. The Book offers many valuable discounts, some as high as 50%, for dining, shopping, and traveling. It’s a great way to save on the things that we do every day and the Book quickly pays for itself. The sale of these popular Books helps Parma Rotary to fund many different local charitable causes and also provides funding for our contributions to Rotary International.
Reverse Raffle
Parma Rotary is very proud of this early Spring fundraising event which helps us fund many of our donations and major charitable projects. With only 175 tickets being sold; a Grand Prize of $2,500.00; a Center Table Raffle; 50/50 Drawing; Side Boards; and great food and entertainment…an evening of fun and excitement is guaranteed for all who attend.
Golf Outing
This event, typically held in early Summer of each year, is both a social gathering and a fundraiser meant to support our various and generous scholarship programs and other community donations. Rotarians and non-Rotarians alike are welcome to participate in an enjoyable day of golf, fun, and fellowship. In addition to 18 holes of golf, a riding cart, lunch, dinner, and great prizes are also included.
